Child’s Information: Name, age/date of birth, and any relevant medical notes, allergies, or injuries you explicitly provide for their safety.
Payment Information: We do not store any payment information. All payments are safeguarded through Venmo or PayPal.

2. How We Protect and Use Your Information

Your trust is our priority. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information or your child's information with third parties for marketing or any other purposes.

Data Security: All personal and medical data is stored securely.
Internal Use: Information is used strictly for scheduling, safety accommodations, and sending program updates.

3. Media Policy (Photos & Videos)

We love celebrating our athletes' hard work! From time to time, we capture photographs and videos during classes, camps, and events to share on our official website, email newsletters, and social media channels.

Strict Opt-Out Policy: Your family’s comfort is essential to us. Participation in media coverage is entirely optional.
How to Opt-Out: Parents or guardians can opt-out at any time. You can simply email us at gritstrength@outlook.com stating that you do not want your child photographed or filmed.
Our Commitment: If you opt out, your child will never be included in any public marketing or social media content, and we will ensure our coaching staff is aware.

4. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

As a youth program, we comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through our website. All account creation, registrations, and data submissions must be completed exclusively by a parent or legal guardian.
