Behavior Policy

We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for disrespect, disruptive, or unsafe behavior. We maintain a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all kids.

 

If a child is struggling to follow instructions or disrespecting coaches or peers, we use a 3-step approach:

1. Verbal Warning & Redirection: We gently correct the behavior and refocus the child.

2. Short Break: The child is asked to take a brief time-out from the activity to calm down.

3. Parent Notification & Removal: If the behavior continues, the child will be removed from the remainder of the session to ensure the class can continue smoothly. We will immediately contact the parent to pick them up.

We want every child to succeed, but the safety and experience of the entire group always come first.
